“Our player’s welfare is our top priority and we want to ensure a safe environment is established to reach a satisfactory resolution of the matter.
“Reflecting good practice for matters of this kind, the MCC Football Club has consulted with the player and empowered her to make the decisions available to her under the VAFA Vilification and Discrimination Policy regarding resolution of the matter through informal and formal arrangements or agreements.
“The MCC Football Club will continue to work with all parties to resolve the matter.”
